About Apple Fabrication Industries

Located in Boronia, in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges region of Melbourne, Apple Fabrication Industries has been operating and supplying customers with the highest quality steel products for over 40 years.

Apple Fabrication Industries began when former owner John Guccione rented a small factory in Bayswater. While at the time John was practicing engineering for a range of different steel products, he began to take on more and more work in the furniture industry, and as work rolled in, Apple grew. A few years later, John purchased the factory in Boronia where Apple remains today.

Gary Tippett began working at Apple Fabrication Industries in 1980, after being sought out on occasion by John for his welding abilities. Gary quickly rose through the ranks to become manager through his diligence and expert abilities in steel fabrication. After working together for many years, John retired in May 2015, and Gary became owner/director of Apple Fabrication Industries to service a valued customer base.

Apple Fabrication Industries has grown and developed in its history through the diversity of its manufacturing categories and elements, and the highly motivated and professional team have continued to supply customers with the highest quality steel products that best suit their customers' needs.

Now with nearly 50 years of combined experience in the manufacturing industry, Gary and the Apple team still endeavour to provide customers with exceptional steel products and services across a wide range of applications, and always welcome new projects from creative designers in the furniture industry.
